The Great People's Republic takes inspiration from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, or known simply as the DPRK or North Korea. This can be seen in the star symbolism on the nation's flag and CoA, along with it's proposed build style. This influence goes even deeper, with the nation's national anthem, "[https://www.allaroundthisworld.com/listen/asian-songs-for-kids/oh-oh-oh-oh-potatoes/#.Yn77b-jMKUk Potato Pride]" (occassionally translated to "Oh Potatoes!"), which is a North Korean propaganda song released with government backing.
