Line 154:
As if things couldn't get any worse, waves of raiders began to descend upon Eilon. Volterra was hit the hardest, and even lost one of their pylons in the attacks. Gensokyo was not spared either, and one of their highest-ranking members was slain while attempting to flee the city of Morieji with a large sum of diamonds in tow. In the midst of the chaos however, Gensokyo was able to claim two pylons, at the cost of potentially provoking Volterra. This was a risk that Screenname was willing to take.

Devoted rolled around and after the friction of 3.0 the people of Gensokyo began to realize that their leader was a hoax. Setting up on the southern world border they built a great golden roofed city known as Senkai after trying and failing to make a giant Octagon with a trench around it which ended with the entire population getting sick at some point. While in the hospital beds they compared some strange PMs they had received from their leader which spun a web of rumors to keep them paranoid of each other.

It backfired spectacularly.

The people knew better than to simply rise up in violence though. After gathering support from their neighbors they began a 6 month long plot in which all groups were changed from Gensokyo to Genso. Screenname had taken a hiatus during this and when he returned to check on the secure storage it had moved. He asked his citizens where it was and that was when the news broke. Numbers had been crowned his successor and Screenname was no longer welcome in the weeb-midst.

All of this took so long though that by the time Gensokyo was back and ready to make up for lost time the world was getting ready to end. Knowing what had to be done they embraced the apocalypse and unveiled their golden city to the world which before hand had been only seen by cartographers. Each map maker who visited the Golden City was asked not to reveal it to the world so that others could have the same feeling coming over the mountains and seeing the glistening valley. They had held true to this.

The end of world party the curtain was drawn back. Gensokyo was open for business once again.
I tell you what bro, these guys like anime and shit.

With rekindled spirit the citizens of Gensokyo settled near a charming archipelago and series of rivers. The dark times of a leader not in it for their best interests was over and they were free to be their own people now.
