It was founded during the [[The Great Civclassics migration|The Great Civclassic Migration]] period and mainly consisted of a mix of old [[CivClassic]] players from [[IMC]] and [[Mir]].
The FEC was located in a jungle biome with [[Fortuna]] to the east and [[Gempire (CivRev)|Gempire]] to the west.
It dissolved within a couple of weeks due to a series of raids by hackers targeting the center of the map.
