On contemporary Civ-servers most communication and content takes place in a multitude of discord guilds rather then central Mumbles or Subreddits. The larger Civclassic discord guilds see tens of thousands of messages each month. This page lists guilds with publicly accessible invites.
During Civcraft, a central Mumble server was used for international communication. Contemporary communication more often then not occurs in the hundreds of Civclassic discord servers.
