The '''Aqua Nether''' (referedreferred in game as '''AN''') is the equivalent of a resources world in [[CivRealms 2.0]]. There areis one Aqua Nether indimension shared by all shards. They can be entered by finding an Aqua Nether Portal, which are spread around different shards.

PortalPortals are placed by server administrators around the world in particular places. They are usually marked by a cross or a reversed pyramid pointing to the portal. The way they are spread forms a pattern which can be used to find other portals.
