The rest of the City Council withdrew back to Heaven to continue the war effort, the city returning to City Council control upon peace negotiations with [[ChickenWingGeek]] over handing over groups back, coup member SH1LL4RYCLINTON cleaning out the spider bunker before quitting, and the coup's USA allies being mass banned and losing the war, effectively ensuring permanent City Council rule. |
