Halland is a state of the Imperial Federation located on the Hyperborean Islands of Deluvia. It is dominated by its Spruce and Stone Brick architecture. Its political machine has been primarily dominated by ImmediateDescent. At its largest, it had two senators in the Imperial Senator, during Descent's chancellorship. Since then, it was plagued with inactivity. However with the return of some of its players, namely Descent and SpacemanSpleef, it has regained one of its senators and statehood status.
