The Global Historical Society is an organization founded to preserve locations around the CivCraft world that are considered historically significant. It was founded by Greenble10 on September 18th, 2014 and was announce on reddit shortly after.
The idea of the GHCS came to Greenble10 after she read the stories about Old Salisbury and Camp Beige on the nearby island of Vrystaat. Once she toured the area and saw how destroyed it was, she decided it needed to be restored and preserved so that everyone can learn and remember it.
