History
The U.M.M. is an active alliance of the states of the -,- quadrant. Stormtrooper26, former International Counselor of Aeon, drafted the charter and negotiated amendments with other prominent heads of state prior to the creation of the U.M.M. It became a reality in July when Aeon, Roma, and Orion all agreed to the charter and joined the U.M.M. officially.
In the time since the charter was created the cities of New Polska, Aytos, and Olympia have also joined the U.M.M.
Purpose
The Alliance shall function as an assembly of nations which can utilize its unified resources for a common goal. It shall consist of a general assembly of member nations and a security council of nations from among them. All actions of the Alliance shall be decided by majority vote among the members of the Security Council and, once passed, carried out by all member nations of the assembly.
