CivWiki:WikiProject Civ Laws

WikiProject Civ Laws is a wiki project (à la Wikipedia WikiProjects) to better organise the creation and maintenance of articles relating to the formal law enacted, and legal processes used, by civilizations. It is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other editors.

Scope

The areas covered by this project are listed below. The overarching purpose of the project is to expand the amount of information on the wiki concerning law.

• General: Articles on areas of law (e.g. constitutional law) that do not fit in the other categories.
• Judicature: Courts and tribunals, their methods of creation, jurisdiction, limitations, appeal rights, etc.
• Legislation: Important statutes created by civilizations.
• Case law: Significant decisions made by courts and tribunals.
